Rental Policy

All room rates include a full breakfast and all taxes
Check in 4:00 to 6:00 PM/ Check out 11:00 AM
One night deposit required with reservations
No pets and no smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes)

CANCELLATION POLICY
Two-week cancellation policy on Garden Suite, Master Suite and Guest Cottage.
Other rooms 48 hours except
30-day cancellation policy on Holiday weekends, Denison University event dates, and Kenyon College event dates.
90-day cancellation policy for multi-room reservations in the main house and Guest Cottage on special event dates.

Please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Open year round. Weekend (Fri., Sat. and/or Sun.) two night minimum in the Master Suite, Garden Suite or Guest Cottage. All other rooms can be rented on a one night basis. Inquire for weekly or monthly rates.
